Cindy Wampler RN, CMT is a Registered Nurse and Certified Massage Therapist in Zionsville. The owner of RN Wellness Massage for the past 13 years, she specializes in stress reduction through mindfulness and muscular tension with self care techniques and massage. Cindy began her mindfulness meditation 12 years ago after the death of her mother, and went on to teach classes as a co-facilitator at St Vincent Hospital in their Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction program. Her professional career as an RN for 29 years also includes caring for laboring women in Labor and Delivery, providing classes for expectant parents as well as caring for bereaved parents. She also served as an educator for other nurses in instructing them in the use of essential oils and comfort techniques in providing complementary therapies for laboring and surgical patients.
